"Hyatt Regency Bishkek", the only five-star hotel in the Kyrgyz Republic and the fifth "Hyatt" property in the Commonwealth of Independent States (C.I.S.), opened in March 2001. Conveniently located in the heart of the capital city, the hotel is located in the business and government district, across from the State Opera and the Art Museum. The cosmopolitan hotel houses 94 deluxe rooms, including three Executive Suites and a Presidential Suite. The spacious rooms are geared towards the comfort and changing needs of the global business traveler, offering a feeling of sanctuary where everything is finely calibrated from climate control to ergonomically sensible workspaces, and with an easy modem access to the wired world of cyberspace. All rooms are fitted with large wardrobes, personal coded safes, satellite TV, IDD phones, modem points, mini-bars and 100% Egyptian cotton linens with goose down feather duvets. Queen rooms have a shower-bathtub combination, and deluxe rooms and suites feature Japanese spa bathrooms, with glass-enclosed shower-bath enclaves. All bathrooms are fitted with a black marble vanity, mist-free shaving / make-up mirror, towel warmers and a hair dryer. For the long stay business traveler the hotel also offers the option of 47 serviced studio residences that may be rented on a monthly basis.

Two floors of executive accommodation are provided at the Regency Club along with all day personalized concierge service. Guests of Regency Club can enjoy daily breakfast, evening cocktails served with hors d'oeurves and all day coffee and tea in the comfort of their exclusive Regency Club Lounge. Other privileges include the use of a private boardroom.

Reservations can be confirmed by credit card at time of reservation. Non-guaranteed rooms will be released after 6 PM on day of check-in. Hotel accepts all major credit cards as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club. Cash payment is made in Kyrgyz Som only. Cancellation of confirmed reservations must be done in writing 24 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equaling to a one night room charge. Check-in time is from 2 PM onwards. In order to have access to your room before this time, the room should be pre-booked from the night before. Check-out time is 12 (noon).
